Can I cancel my purchase?

We are not able to cancel the order once purchases has been made as we process your orders right after we received it. Please email us at info@fsk.com.my for further inquiries.

How can I change shipping address?

You can change your shipping address if it is still under pending status. Please email us at info@fsk.com.my order to inform us about the change in address.

  1. Orders that are in shipping or shipped will be return back to us if not collected. Additional charges will be borne by customers for reshipping the products.
Can I change my purchase?

You can change your purchase if it is still under pending status (within 1 day from the day of purchase). Please email us at info@fsk.com.my in order to inform us about the change of purchase.

  1. The new item must not be of lower price than the purchased item’s price. The differences in the amount paid is non-refundable.
  2. The new item’s price must be of the same amount or higher than the original item. Additional amount will have to be paid if customer change to a higher price item.
  3. If you want to change the purchase after you have make the payment please attached the Bank Transfer Slip with your email.
  4. For items that have been shipped, we will only proceed to replace with the new item as long as the original item’s packaging being returned to us, have not been tempered with or opened.
  5. Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customers.
Can I change dealer’s location for installation?

We are not able to change the dealer’s location once the purchase has been made, we have made the necessary arrangement with the dealer regarding your order right after we received it. Please email us at info@fsk.com.my for further inquiries.

Do you provide installation?

Yes. We do provide installation for all our products.

For customer who need our installation service, please make an appointment at info@fsk.com.my or call us +60 3-3291 6266 for booking schedule.

Our headquarter is located at No. 51 Lorong Sungai Puloh 1A/KU6, Taman Teknologi Gemilang, Kawasan Perindustrian Sg.Puloh, 42100, Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.

For installation at our dealers, please refer to [link]. Once you have made the purchase, please make an appointment with the dealer in order to arrange the installation of the products as per your preferred time and date.

Can I install the product myself?

Yes, you can. We have provided an installation manual in the product packaging to guide our customers for self-installation.

How to view my order status?

In My Account Page, click “Orders” to view your Order History and Status.

How to change my address?
  1. In My Account Page, click “Addresses” and then click “Edit”
  2. Enter your new address and click “Save Address”
How to change password/email address?
  1. In My Account Page, click “Account Details”
  2. Enter your new password/ email address and click “Save Changes”
How to reset my password?
  1. Go to “Login/Register” on the Menu and click “My Account”
  2. Click “Lost your password” and then enter your email address and click “Reset password”
  3. An email with a link will be sent to your email address for password reset instruction.
How to login my account?
  1. Go to “Login/Register” on the Menu and click “My Account”
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password and click “Login” to proceed.
  3. You’ll be directed to your My Account Page and you can continue shopping.
How to register an account?

You can register an account for your ease and convenience whenever you shop with us.

  1. Go to “Login/Register” on the Menu and click “My Account”
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password and click “Register” to proceed
  3. You’ll be directed to your My Account Page. Fill up your details and you can continue shopping.
How long will you take to process my order?

We will take 2 working-days to process your order. This is because each of our products will undergo quality analysis and testing to ensure the quality of the products before it reaches the customer.

How to make a purchase on this website?
  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You’ll be directed to your “Cart” that will show the list of products that you have selected.
  4. You can enter your coupon code (if you have any) and click “Apply Coupon” to apply your coupon.
  5. You can see under “Cart Totals” the total amount of your purchase. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  6. In Checkout Page, you’ll be prompted to Login into your Account if you are a Returning Customer. If you do not have an account, you may proceed with the purchase as a “Guest Purchases

Note: You will be able to see your Order History and Order Status also you can make changes for your account information such as shipping address if you register an account with FSK Sales & Services EStore. 

  1. You’ll need to enter your “Billing Details” on the left side.

Note: You can also create an account automatically, tick the “Create an account” at the bottom.

  1. If you have a different shipping address, tick the “Ship to a Different Address” button and enter the details.
  2. Click “Choose Dealer” to choose for your preferred dealer’s location for installation services.

  1. If you want to do self-installation, click “If you want to ship this item” and we will ship the products to your mailing address instead.
  2. Choose either “PayPal” or “iPay88” for the payment.
  3. Tick checkbox “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” and click “Proceed to PayPal” or “Place Order” to make the payment. You will be directed to a PayPal platform or to your Online Banking platform.
  4. Once payment have been made, an Order Confirmation or Receipt Purchase Confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Will you disclose my information to third parties?

We will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share or pass that information on to any third parties outside of this company, unless you have personally authorized us to do so or if required by law.

What happens if I subscribe to your newsletter?

We will not send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to our free newsletter, you will receive your newsletter each time we have store update to inform you. Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter. If you choose not to receive our free newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries and/or send you your order confirmation. We will not contact you anytime else.

We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you choose to subscribe to it. In any case, you will receive no more than one (1) of such e-mail every month.

Is the product comes with warranty?

FSK Sales & Services is highly concerned on the quality of each products sent to our customers. We continuously ensuring the quality of our products by doing quality checking, analysis and testing before we shipped it to our customer.

All our products comes with warranty. Please check each product description in our E-Store on the warranty period as products might have different warranty period depending on the type of product.

If there is any faulty during this warranty period, kindly contact/report to us at info@fsk.com.my or call us at +60 3-3291 6266 and arrange the faulty item to be returned to our store and we will fix it as soon as possible at no charges (within warranty period)

If this item faulty due to negligence or misuse, it will not cover under the manufacturer warranty. We suggest you to read carefully the instruction manual before use to ensure the long life of the product.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at info@FSK.com.my within 48 hours of receiving the product. We only replace items 1 to 1 if they are defective or damaged and are within the warranty period.

Notes:

  1. Please check parcel before sign receiving, do not receive if parcel’s packing is broken and quantity of ordered item is incorrect. FSK Sales & Services does not responsible if broken parcel’s packing (original packaging seal’s broken) and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier.
  2. Any defects not reported within 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted.
  3. New set of product will be delivered (subject to stock availability) or else we will refund back the amount paid back to you.
What is your return policy?

You have the right to return the items within 48 hours from the day after your goods have been received. (Please see below for non-returnable items)

  1. Returned goods must be in their original packaging. The original packaging seals have not been broken and the items is not tempered with.
  2. For defective/damaged products under warranty claim, we shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (including insurance) of having the item returned to the company.
  3. For exchange items due to customer’s request, we will only proceed to replace with the new item as long as the original item’s packaging being returned to us, have not been tempered with or opened. Additional shipping charges will be borne by the customers.
  4. The customer’s payment will be refunded within 7 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of transport and insurance incurred by the company in relation to the return of the goods, as well as transport and insurance costs incurred in the original delivery, upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale.
  5. Self-assembly items cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty.

 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items such as listed below will not be accepted for return or exchange once opened package / box (Unless faulty when receive):-

  • The original packaging box
  • Installation manual
  • User manual
Will you refund my money for damaged items?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The customer’s payment will be refunded within 7 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of transport and insurance incurred by the company in relation to the return of the goods, as well as transport and insurance costs incurred in the original delivery, upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Is there any free shipping offer?

Yes. We offer free shipping to our local customers within Malaysia ONLY.

For International customers (outside of Malaysia territory) shipping charges applies.

How do you ship the items?

Shipping of items are done via courier companies. It is recommended that you put a valid shipping address to ensure that you receive the parcel timely.

Note:

  1. FSK Sales & Services Sdn Bhd reserved the right to charge customer for re-send of orders. Please ensure the address you provided for delivery will have someone to receive it.
What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are set by courier companies and NOT by FSK Sales & Services. Courier charges are to be paid to respective courier company to deliver your order. Shipping charges are final and no negotiation, discount or refund will be given.
